At Eldros, we protect your privacy and always strive for a high level of data protection (for example, we would never sell your personal data to another company). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It also describes what rights you have and how you can use them.

What personal data do we collect about you and for what purpose?

In order to trade and purchase your skins, we need to process some of your personal data. This is so that we can handle payments, but also so that we can, for example, send you newsletters, if you have chosen this.

We therefore store some of your personal data in our register.

The personal data we store are:

• Name.
• Contact details (e-mail and telephone number).
• Your payment details (Swish/Bank Transfer)
• Information about your steam account.
• Your communication with us.
• Information about your sales to us.
• Any summary about you that you have filled out yourself in communication with us via email or form.
• Collection of email address to send out newsletters, and to be able to provide you with information about news regarding our service.

The processing of your personal data is necessary to satisfy our and your interest in managing your sales in a safe and secure manner.
This so-called legitimate interest together with the contract concluded at the time of purchase constitutes a legal basis for us to save your personal data. We have determined that in these cases this legitimate interest outweighs the protection of your privacy.

We never save your personal data for longer than is necessary.

Normally, the data is stored for a maximum of 24 months before being culled.

In our invoicing system, however, the data is stored in accordance with the Accounting Act.

The information we hold about you is solely that you have provided to us or that we have collected from you on the basis of your registrations. We do not collect any information about you from third parties.

If you interact with us on social media, it means that the transfer of your personal data, such as your image and name, will take place to third countries outside the EU/EEA, more specifically to the United States. This happens automatically when you are active on social media platforms and is therefore nothing that we at Eldros can influence. The transfer takes place in accordance with applicable privacy legislation including the GDPR.
