No, but you who are underage need to have approval from your guardian.

Do you buy all types of CS2 skins or are there restrictions?

We analyze the market every day and make an assessment of which skins we are interested in. But in general, we buy all kinds of skins. do not know the answer

Can you give a preliminary estimate of my inventory before I send anything?

We absolutely can do that.

Are there any specific skins or items you are particularly interested in?

We are interested in most things, but generally speaking, we are not as interested in knives in stattrack or well worn.

Can I sell single skins, or do I have to sell my entire inventory?

We buy everything from individual items to entire inventorys, it's up to you.

How long will it take for me to get my money after we agree?

We will make a payment as soon as we receive the item (s), the time until you have the money in the account depends on your chosen payment method.

Are there any fees or deductions on the payment?

No no fees or deductions, you always get the agreed amount.

Can I get paid in cryptocurrency or other digital payment solutions?

You can absolutely get it, ask us in the chat and we will develop a solution that suits you.

Do you just make bank transfers or are there other options?

Do you swap skins for skins?

We do not make direct exchanges but we are happy to buy your skins for money, after that you make a separate payment to us for what you want to buy.

How long will it take for you to value my skins?

Usually it only takes around 1-3 minutes.

What happens if I regret sending skins to you?

If you regret it once the skins are sent, we can send them back after 7 days.

Can I get my skins back if I don't accept your offer?

You always get a quote before you send the skins to us, then you can choose to say yes or no.

Specific requests

How do you calculate the value of rare skins or those with special float values/stickers?

We value from Buff163 when evaluating skins and stickers and take into account our own sales history of the same items.

Is it possible to sell skins from other games or only CS2?

Yes we also buy Rust, Dota and Team Fortress 2 skins.

How do you handle skins with “trade lock” or restrictions?

We can only give a preliminary valuation on your trademarked skins. The day they become exchangeable, we will give you an accurate bid.

Can I get paid in the form of other CS2 skins instead of money?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange skins for skins, we pay you first for your items and then you can buy something from us.

Do you offer any kind of loyalty program or discount for repeat customers?

How long is your quote valid if I want to think about it?

It is valid as long as the market price of your skins does not go down or up. Then we adjust our bid based on the new data.
